Organizational Structure & Networking

Self-Reliance International has a three-member board of trustees and six Executive committee headed by the President/Co-ordinator who oversees the day- to day running of the organization. The Board meets couple of times in a year to review the performance of the organization, deal with issues of funding and to approve budgets and programme plans for the succeeding year. The Executive Committee handles directly, all projects/programmes of the organization. It meets with Project Assistants quarterly to formulate, design, implement or evaluate programmes of the organization.

Self-Reliance International networks with other NGOs and government bodies as well as private business organizations on special projects when necessary to make desired impact.
